Meet Helena Softly – our wonderful dance teacher. Helena is a qualified creative dance tutor with many years experience. Her classes have a focus on moving for joy and well-being.
Our 90 minute classes combine creating simple routines to well-known songs with creative dance opportunities for those who wish to explore this.”
