Led by Auti-Ms trustees , these workshops combine our own experiences and recent research to empower leaders and managers with the skills needed to support their autistic colleagues effectively.
We can help you to :
- Understand what autism is and how it feels to be autistic in a busy work environment.
- Understand the difficulties autistic employees might encounter.
- Identify simple adaptations to working practices to enable autistic employees to thrive
- Make adaptations to the workplace environment to reduce sensory stimulation.
